1. Services Provided

CDMarketing offers digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

-Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

-Social Media Marketing.

-Email Marketing.

-Web Design, Development & Implementation.
-Automated Workflows.
-CRM management.

-Custom Booking Engine.

-Custom forms/Surveys.

-Custom Chat Widget.

All services are tailored per client scope, as defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

-Provide accurate, up-to-date information and content necessary for project success.

-Supply access to necessary accounts and platforms (e.g., websites, ad platforms, social media).

-Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.

3. Payment Terms

-All pricing is stated in USD and excludes applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

-Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.

-Late payments may incur a penalty fee of 10% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information. CDMarketing will not disclose client data or strategies without written consent unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

-All deliverables created by CDMarketing remain the property of CDMarketing until full payment is received.

-Upon full payment, ownership of custom designs, content, and campaigns will transfer to the client.

6. Termination

-The client may terminate services with written notice of 30 days by justified reason only.

-Fees for work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced and payable by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

CDMarketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, resulting from the use of our services.

8. Warranties & Guarantees

While CDMarketing strives to achieve the best outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., search engine rankings or revenue increases), as these depend on multiple external factors.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guanajuato, México. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Guanajuato, México.
